We’re committed to delivering your favorite wellness products safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or festivals.

⏳ Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but we always strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹100 for orders below ₹499.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order directly through your AltAhar account under “My Orders”.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or India Post.
  • In case of delayed delivery, please contact our support team with your order ID.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or tampered with during transit:

  • Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share a short unboxing video or photos as proof, so we can assist you promptly.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We deliver only within India. Stay tuned — we’ll expand globally soon!
