Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy Definition:
“Return” is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller and refund of money by the Seller to the Buyer on the DWA HERBAL PRIVATE LIMITED (AltAhar) website www.altahar.com
Shipping Days: Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days.
Refund Days: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to verification of the product's condition.
Terms & Conditions:
- Buyer needs to raise the refund request within Two (2) days from the date of delivery, complying with the “General Terms & Conditions” stated below.
- If the product being returned is not in accordance with the below-mentioned parameters, then the Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller.
Replacement Policy Definition: “Replacement” is defined as the action or process of replacing something in place of another. A Buyer can request for replacement whenever he/she is not happy with the item, reasons being:
- Damaged in shipping
- Defective item(s)
- Item(s) missing
- Wrong item(s) shipped and the like.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Buyer must notify DWA HERBAL PRIVATE LIMTED (AltAhar) www.altahar.com of any defects in the product(s) at the time of delivery of the product(s) and/or within Two (2) days from the date of delivery, complying with the “General Terms & Conditions” stated below.
- Replacement can be made for the entire product(s) or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same with the Seller.
- In case the Seller doesn’t have the product at all, the Seller can provide a refund to the Buyer and the Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement. All the product parameters shall be required to be complied with in cases of replacement.
General Terms and Conditions:
- This program will come into force if the following situation(s) arise:
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during shipping
- Products were missing
- Wrong item was sent by the Seller
- Product not as per the description given by the Seller
Once Buyer has raised a return request by contacting us, the Seller, upon receiving the returned item(s), shall verify the same and replace the returned item with the new item(s).
- The following products shall not be eligible for this program:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Any consumable item which has been used/installed/consumed
- Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
- In case any buyer fails to take delivery after placing order. In this case, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund only after deduction of the processing charges and shipment cost applicable to the product. Although the seller can choose to refund or redeliver such an order, the buyer needs to bear all additional costs of logistics and delivery or any other costs which the seller has incurred towards any other expenses for such failed delivery due to the buyer.
- The Buyer must review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the Buyer orders a wrong item, the Buyer shall not be entitled to any return/replacement.
- The Seller can always accept the return irrespective of the policy. In such a case, the Buyer will have to return the product and then the refund/replacement shall be processed for the Buyer(s). This may have additional delivery charges and collection charges for the buyer.
- If the Seller disagrees with a return request, the Buyer can file a complaint by writing an email to [info@ altahar.com]. If the Seller doesn’t respond to the Buyer’s return/replacement request within Five (5) days from the date of the return/replacement request placed by the Buyer, the Seller shall be liable to process a refund in favor of the Buyer.
- All shipping and other return/replacement charges shall be borne and incurred by the Seller, except as indicated hereinabove and/or where the buyer has ordered wrong items or the seller is agreed to return/replacement beyond Return & Replacement policy.
- DWA HERBAL PRIVATE LIMTED (AltAhar) reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who files invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, DWA HERBAL PRIVATE LIMTED (AltAhar) may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, or cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, files a fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
